This is a part of a challenge I’m doing, 28 concepts in 28 days. If you want to read about it head over to the Introduction.

In November 2019 I made the move from Vancouver to Toronto, Canada. I’d only been to Toronto a few times before and didn't really know the city, and even after a year, I’ve only experienced a small taste of what my new city has to offer.

Today's concept is called City Wallet (Disclaimer, forget about COVID during this pitch 🤣) the concept is simple it’s a wallet that you can buy (or gift) to help you unlock the city. It provides complete experiences across the city you’re buying it for.

An example City Wallet package would provide a curated set of experiences taking you on journeys to local restaurants, coffee shops, and even a night or two in local B&B’s. Buying a wallet will provide you with a physical set of gift cards, and would be accompanied by information on how to make the best out of your adventure.

A way to take this further is to create wallets for different occasions.

  • 👰 Wedding gift wallets that would set out dates for couples to go on.
  • ✈️ Travel wallets that would guide tourists to the best spots.

Toronto City Key
The differentiator with City Wallet is that it offers complete experiences, compared to City Keys discount and loyalty.
